The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is seeking proposals from qualified firms with proven experience, expertise, capacity, and resources to provide professional on-call consulting expertise in one or more of the following three categories:
Category A: Socioeconomic Model Development
Category B: Transportation Model Development
Category C: Model Application and Analysis
