That is why we are constantly searching for new and non-traditional opportunities for our partners and communities.”

The 129-year-old firm specializes in building, transportation, industrial and concrete work and is owned entirely by its 2,000 plus employees. Sundt Construction, Inc. is distinguished by its diverse capabilities and experience, unique employee ownership culture and depth of self-perform expertise in nine major trades. Sundt has 11 offices throughout California, Arizona, Texas and Utah and is currently ranked the country’s 54th largest construction company by ENR, the industry’s principal trade magazine.

Ms. Andrews says, “I have been working with PTAC in San Diego for the last 10 years. I have been a part of their outreach events and they have been exhibitors at my project specific outreach events. Whenever we have projects going out to bid, I reach out to PTAC to request recruitment assistance emails through their database to peak interest in getting prequalified with Sundt for bidding invitations. I have also looked to them when I have needed a good small, minority or Veteran business for a special or unique area of work. PTAC staff have always been so helpful and supportive and I consider them strong partners in our efforts in working with and strengthening small businesses in our San Diego communities.”

Sundt is committed to supporting San Diego, Orange, Imperial PTAC both financially and physically in order to push forward the success of the small business communities.
