OHL USA, Inc. is bidding as a Prime Contractor on the following City of San Diego Project – Morena Pump Station, Bid No. K-21-1801-DBB-3-A. This is a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CASRF) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Funded Contract through the State of California and United States EPA under the Federal Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA), Prop 68 and Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Project.
We are seeking sub-bids from certified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/SRBA/LASF/HUB Zone Subcontractors/Suppliers/Trucking for all areas of work, including but not limited to those listed: Abandon Pipeline, Aggregate Base, Asphalt Concrete, Cathodic Protection, Caulking & Sealant, Concrete Curb & Sidewalk Miscellaneous, Construction Area Signs, Demolition, Dewatering, Electrical, Equipment Rental, Fencing, Ground Improvement, Hazardous Waste Trucking, Irrigation, Landscape, Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals, Overhead Crane, Overhead Doors, Painted Traffic Striping & Marking, Painting Structures, Pipe Supply, Potholing, Precast Vaults, Pump Supply, QA/QC, Ready Mix, Reinforcing Steel, Sewer Bypass, Shoring, Stone Columns, Structural Steel, Temporary Erosion Control, Temporary Fencing, Temporary Traffic Striping, Testing, Control System, Trucking – Bottom Dump/Super 10, Tunneling, Water Truck, Welding.

Compliance to City of San Diego Standards, Special Provisions, Funding Agency Provisions (including Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Requirements) and bid specifications, including but not limited to American Iron and Steel, City of San Diego Project Labor Agreement (PLA), Skilled and Trained Workforce Labor Requirements and Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) requirements apply. 100% bonding may be required for all subcontractors.
